Baker (Meiran)

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join a restaurant in Meiran, Lagos. The ideal candidate should be able to bake quality bread and pastries while maintaining high standards of hygiene and consistency. Candidates with baking experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants who can also cook will have an added advantage, as this may qualify them for an increased salary based on their additional skills. • Bake bread, pastries, and other baked products according to standard recipes. • Prepare and measure baking ingredients accurately. • Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality. • Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the bakery and work area. • Ensure baking equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. • Store ingredients and finished products appropriately. • Monitor ingredient stock and report items that need replenishment. • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
