JOB SUMMARY: A reputable hospitality establishment is seeking a neat, friendly, and responsible Bar Lady to attend to customers, serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth daily bar operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Welcome and attend to customers professionally. - Take and serve customers' orders accurately. - Prepare and serve beverages and drinks as required. - Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the bar area. - Monitor bar supplies and notify management when items are running low. - Handle customers' requests and inquiries professionally. - Maintain accurate records of orders where required. - Ensure the bar area is properly arranged and presentable. - Support daily bar operations and other assigned duties. - Provide good customer service and maintain positive relationships with guests. - Carry out assigned duties diligently and responsibly. REQUIREMENTS: - Good communication skills. - Ability to read and write. - Must be neat and presentable. - Customer-service oriented. - Must be hardworking and responsible. - Willingness to work and carry out daily activities diligently. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage.
