Our client, a mobile kitchen firm, is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join their team in Ojo, Lagos. The role involves preparing high‑quality bread items for the mobile kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread according to recipes.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production targets.
