Customer Service Clerk / Inspection Officer (Ayobo)

A reputable real estate firm is looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Customer Representative / Inspection Officer to manage property opportunities from brief verification through property inspection and deal closure. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customers and realtors through calls and WhatsApp. - Verify property briefs and confirm property availability. - Follow up with interested clients and schedule property inspections. - Attend property inspections when required. - Follow up with clients after inspections and help move deals toward closure. - Ensure successful transactions are properly followed up. - Provide after-sales customer support. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress. - Build and maintain good relationships with customers and realtors. - Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion and deal closure.

Minimum of OND. Good spoken English and ability to communicate in Yoruba. Computer literate and internet savvy. Good knowledge of Lagos and ability to navigate different locations for property inspections. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. Self-driven and comfortable working with targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Real estate, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage. Candidates living around Ayobo, Ipaja, Iyana-Ipaja, Egbeda, Command, Agege, and nearby areas are preferred.
