A reputable logistics firm is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, attract customers, and support business growth. The successful candidate will manage the company's digital presence across relevant online platforms and create engaging content that effectively promotes the company's logistics services. • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the logistics business. • Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence. • Create engaging and relevant content for social media and other digital channels. • Develop campaigns aimed at generating leads and acquiring new customers. • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and engagement across digital platforms. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. • Manage online advertising campaigns where required. • Track and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports. • Improve brand awareness and customer engagement through digital platforms. • Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. • Identify trends in digital marketing and recommend strategies that can improve business performance. • Support the company in building a strong and professional online brand.

• Degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. • Good knowledge of major social media platforms. • Strong content creation and copywriting skills. • Basic knowledge of digital advertising and online marketing tools. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or related industry is an added advantage.
