Factory & Packaging Officer (Ijoko, Sango)

We are seeking hardworking and responsible individuals to join our team as Factory & Packaging Officers. The successful candidates will support daily production and packaging activities while ensuring that products are handled, packaged, and prepared according to required standards • Assist with daily factory and production activities. • Package finished products accurately and efficiently. • Inspect products and packaging materials for quality. • Ensure products are properly labelled, packed, and arranged. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the production and packaging areas. • Handle packaging materials and equipment responsibly. • Follow production, packaging, and safety procedures. • Report damaged products, faulty equipment, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor. • Assist with loading, arranging, and moving products when required. • Work with other team members to meet daily production targets. • Maintain a safe and organized working environment. • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Minimum of SSCE. • Minimum age: 20 years. • Must be hardworking, physically fit, and responsible. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Good attention to detail. • Willingness to work in a factory/production environment. • Good work attitude and punctuality. • Previous factory, production, or packaging experience is an advantage. • Must reside around Gas Line, Ijoko, or nearby areas.
