Field Marketing Executive (Egbeda)

We are seeking a smart, confident, and highly communicative female Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's services, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This is a performance-driven role offering a competitive monthly salary starting from ₦100,000, in addition to commission. Candidates with stronger qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher salary. • Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients. • Conduct field marketing and actively seek new business opportunities. • Identify and approach potential customers and business partners. • Generate leads and follow up with prospects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Communicate the company's services clearly and professionally. • Meet assigned marketing and business development targets. • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field activities. • Gather market information and provide feedback on customer needs and competitors. • Prepare basic reports on marketing activities and results. • Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and physical meetings where necessary. • Work closely with the management team to achieve business growth objectives.

• Educational qualification is not a strict requirement. • A graduate or candidate with a relevant higher qualification will have an added advantage and may be considered for a higher salary. • Must be smart, confident, and presentable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Must be proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented. • Ability to interact confidently with different categories of clients. • Must be willing to work in the field and meet potential clients. • Previous marketing, sales, or business development experience is an advantage.
