JOB SUMMARY:
A reputable school is seeking a patient, creative, and responsible Pre-School Teacher to provide quality early childhood education, support pupils' development, and create a safe and engaging learning environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
- Teach and engage pre-school pupils using creative and interactive methods.
- Monitor pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and other staff.
- Prepare learning materials and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of pupils' progress and performance.
- Encourage good behaviour, participation, and positive learning habits.
- Attend to pupils with patience and understanding.
- Participate in school activities and other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and creativity.
- Must be patient and have good listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively with young children.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Must be responsible, caring, and attentive.
- Previous teaching experience or relevant qualification is an advantage.
