JOB SUMMARY:
A reputable beauty company is seeking a smart, organized, and result-driven Sales & Logistics Officer to support sales activities, attend to customers, coordinate orders, and ensure the smooth movement and delivery of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to customers and respond to product inquiries.
- Promote and sell the company's products.
- Follow up with customers and potential buyers.
- Process and coordinate customer orders.
- Monitor orders from purchase through delivery.
- Coordinate logistics and product movement.
- Ensure products are properly prepared and dispatched.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries.
- Work with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with stock monitoring and inventory records.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support the company in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Ability to manage orders and coordinate logistics effectively.
- Smart, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, logistics, customer service, or retail is an advantage.
- Candidates who can easily commute to Ifako-Ijaiye are preferred.
