Role overview
•Identify and engage potential customers.
Promote and sell financial products and services.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•Register members, collect contributions, and maintain accurate payment records.
Issue receipts, follow up on payments, and ensure members meet their savings commitments.
•Promote the scheme, handle customer complaints, and report daily financial activities to management.
•Provide excellent customer service and support.
•Update and manage customer records.

Requirements
•Minimum of SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent.
•1–2 years of sales experience (financial services, retail, or thrift/savings is an advantage).
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•Target-driven with a proven sales record.
•Basic knowledge of financial products and customer service.
•Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools.
•Female candidates preferred (based on role requirements).
