JOB SUMMARY: A hotel is seeking a friendly, neat, and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent service to guests, attend to orders, and support smooth daily restaurant and hospitality operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Welcome and attend to guests professionally. - Take customers' orders accurately. - Serve food and beverages promptly. - Respond to guests' requests and inquiries courteously. - Maintain clean and properly arranged tables and service areas. - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. - Check on guests to ensure satisfaction. - Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues when necessary. - Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation. - Assist with other duties assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be neat, presentable, and well-mannered. - Customer-service oriented. - Must be hardworking, responsible, and reliable. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Previous waitress or hospitality experience is an advantage. - Must be willing to work flexible hours. - Accommodation is available.
